Mon: Method Putkisto-lesson (it’s like something between
Pilates and yoga)
Tue: aerobics-lesson
Wed: free
Thu: gym
Fri: walking or jogging
Sat: walking or jogging
Sun: gym and swimming

I’m so proud of myself! And I really feel good now!
A tip for everyone who have difficulties starting regular exercice: make it a habit, without thinking about it more than that. And also, buy a card for the gym or some aerobics lessons or something, because then you just have to go because you don’t want to waist the money!

Yesterday I was at the gym for the first time in my life. Okay, I’ve been to the gym taking aerobic lessons some years ago, but I mean like weight lifting and different machines (I don’t know the words in English…). It was okay and I guess I’d actually like it if I just got to do it properly. I went alone and I didn’t know how the machines worked really, so I just biked for a while and the left. I felt quite stupid there alone not knowing what to do. There weren’t that meny persons there, just a few men, but I was a bit embarrased. I’ll go there again later this week with a friend who knows more than me, so I guess it’ll work out fine.

I’ve been sick for the past few weeks, and before that I was travelling, and before that I had a really rough time at school, so I haven’t been exercising that much lately… But now when it’s summer and my school ends after two weeks, I’ll finally have some more time to do it. And I’m going to write down everytime I do something, so that I can really see how much I’ve been exercising.
I really need to get in shape! We were supposed to run the Cooper’s test at school yesterday, but I finished after having jogged 1600 meters. I told my teacher that I had to stop because my throat was hurting and sort of getting stuck because I’ve just had a bad flu, and maybe that was a part of the reason, but truthfully: I couldn’t run for 12 minutes. =S I’m ashamed… I should be a young healthy person in good shape, but it’s starting to seem as if I wasn’t. I REALLY need to do something about this. NOW!
