I’ve been doing so great with this during the past months, but now I’m struggling… It must be the darkness and coldness and the fact that it really is autumn, soon to be winter. Or then I just need to get my energy levels higher and become more motivated.
I’d like to buy one of those “alarm clocks” that are actually lamps that are switched on some time before you should wake up. So that it’ll be a more natural awakening. Plus I think they wake you up with some nice nature sounds. But I think it would be expensive, plus I’m not sure it would fit my bedside table.

I’ve actually become better at this! I don’t know why, but I seem to have a lot of energy these days. Maybe it’s because I’ve went jogging or swimming early in the morning lately. I really enjoy it so I’ll continue!

I’m just getting worse and worse at this… I don’t understand. Maybe I should work with this together with “stop procrastinating” or “get enough sleep”.

Today I overselpt… I woke up 5 to 8 when I was supposed to be in the town at 8 on my driving lesson… So, I was at home for five minutes, just dressed up and wrote an sms to my driving teacher saying I was going to be late, and then left.
I have no idea how that happened, because last night I had intentionally put my alarm clock on my desk on the other side of the room, and I’m pretty sure I’d remember if I had gotten up und turned it off, but I don’t remember doing it… And I’m almost completely sure that I installed the wakening properly last night… Hmm, weird. But I’ll start working with this goal again!

I’ve been quite good with this for the past week, except yesterday when I was woken up by my mother – 45 minutes later than I should have… Fortunately I still had enough time to make myself ready for school, but only just. I think it happened because I’m so tired. I really haven’t had time to sleep enough lately, and if I just can start sleeping more I can also get up in time. And I’ll try, really hard!
