I’ve been working out regularly and have found that the light weight training and ab work has strengthened my core thus helping my posture. I am finding myself sitting/standing up taller and more aware of when I’m slumping.

I love how every time I scan my list and see this item I pull myself up into a straighter position. This is a good goal but I need to be more aware of my posture. It’s such a bad habit to slouch.
As a tall female (6’) I’ve had bad posture all my life. This is where my yoga practice come in!
