I find I do my yoga as part of my stretching routine when I’m warming up at the gym. I’m going to consider that a partial success and check this one off my list.

but I have little diagrams on my fridge that help me go through the stretches in the morning, and when I need to learn (or relearn) the motions of a pose, I have a website I like to go to that has short videos of individual poses that I can follow, without dealing with a long DVD or class or anything. That seems to be working for me. Plus I was able to do some of this while I was out hiking – stretching out in the morning to get the kinks out after sleeping on the ground. crreeeeak!
