move back to Italy

I was last minute offered a job (well, the end of april is last minute for a teacher) and accepted it back in Milan with my former Lower School head who now is Director of another school. I am so excited to reconnect with old friends and places. Just sad I will be going back alone, and not with my darling sweet love… we broke it off just a day after the offer was made…. that’s why I decided yes after all. When someone does not want you, someone else does. Guess a job in the country I love will have to do for now. I don’t know how I will get through the summer without him, but Somehow I will have to manage. So, the feeling is bittersweet. Let’s hope the sweet overcomes the bitter.
