I have started....

Pilates in the morning, and 10 minutes on my eliptical machine. I think 10 minutes is good to start with; manageable but still challenging at this point. I am feeling good about doing this. Not beating myself up for skipping a day, just getting back to business the next day is good enough. so far it has been two weeks.
