Started again at

week 3, day 1.
Went okay.
I’m glad I’m doing it.



My knee is okay now,

I have to start running again. Like, soon? Like, now?



I've been warned against not waiting long enough.

My knee doesn’t hurt any more, but a doctor told me I’d better wait at least two more weeks to give it time to really heal. Makes sense.

I could swim instead.



Week Maybe, day Let's see

My knee doesn’t hurt anymore, and I spent hours walking without any problem. And without crutches. I’ll just buy trainers and try again. I really look forward to running again. (Back to Week 2, I think.)



Week nothing, day nothing.

My knees hurt far too much to run. Heck, almost too much to walk.



Week 3, day 1

Tough, but only because of my knees. Saturday and Sunday I thought there were better, but today while I was running they really hurt. I don’t think it’s safe to run again as long as I don’t know what happened. What do you think, people? Can bad trainers really be responsible for a sharpish pain in the knees?



Week 2, day 3

It went okay. No pain. It was raining, though. I can’t believe I did it anyway.

I’m not sure I’m ready for week 3. I suppose I’ll try it once and see what happens.



Today should/will be Week 2, Day 3

but I’m utterly exhausted. I only want to sleep though the afternoon. And the night.



Week 2, day 2

Much easier, bordering on easy. I love stretching afterwards.



Week 2, day 1

Runs 2 and 3 were tough. My outer calves were on fire. I did it though, and I’m sure next time will be easier.
