pray every day

if you guys can cheer me on, that would be great. I always go 1 step forward and 2 steps back. This is something I dont want to be ruined, or stopped. It needs to be consistant. I need this.

Admitting that I dont pray a lot, or that I didn’t 1.5 months ago. I only called on God when I was down, or when life was like “IN YOUR FACE, N00B!” But now I see how great it is. I’ve been meaning to get closer to God and to talk to him more. I always put it off though. =\ That sounds really bad. I used to be really really into God and stuff. Then I moved to a public school in 5th grade, it was different compared to the Christian schools I went to pre-4th. Thats also when I started cussing and saying “Oh my God!” Yeah. I need to stop using God’s name in vain. My mom WAS an alcoholic [I hate spelling that word] ever since I was 12. My house, my life, everything was HELL. Then she went to rehab …twice, and turned more to God then ever. She reads Christian books all the time, sings hyms, its great. I want to be more like that. But not so much, you know? Like okay, I dont want to be shoving anything down anyones throats, and I want to still be open to Non-Christian things. Music, for one. Yeah. Im starting to pray everynight with my brother, it feels good. :]
