Well, I guess it’s a little bit of both. I try to be anti-materialist (I am at heart, but sometimes it’s too idealist to be practical, particularly in NYC where everything costs so much!). I am also a little jealous of people with money who have (seemingly) easier lives, even though I realize there’s a lot of imperfection and problems that can stem from being rich. I guess I wish I could give up my emotional feelings about money and use money as a tool and a positive energy, rather than getting upset about getting a bill in the mail or judging wealthy people as being shallow. It’s just money!
