Yes. I try to go to bed before 12.00 and I manage.
The difference is, before, I slept 9 to 10 hours. Now I turn on my alarm clock to get 8 hours of sleep.
I’ve noticed I actually feel better just having 8 hours of sleep instead of the 9 or 10 I used to sleep.
This gives me less pressure. Even if I go to bed late, I know now 8 hours of sleep is sufficient and I wont die if I only sleep 7. a major chance in thinking I guess.
Last night I managed to get in bed at 22.30 at slept at 23.30 . Felt good this morning
Went to bed to late at about 2.00 am but then of course I had to read and the book was so good.
Anyway I had a bad night woke up lots of time, went downstairs just to check if I’d maybe forgotten my medication,wondering what was wrong, why I felt so shitty..
Counted the pills I had left. Went upstairs again. In bed I started to doubt again, did I count them right? back downstairs to re count.
well it looked I did not forget them. and finally I went to sleep. quess what I woke up at 13.40 pm
I was in shock, but the weird thing though was, I felt good today. Made a nice meal had some energy. I guess I just need lots of sleep
Damn I went to bad so late, I could not sleap. I think I slept at 3.30 am which meant I woke up at 12.00 and a lot of the day is already gone.
Oke It is a vacation week but in 3 days life go’s back to normal so I really on planning to do better tonight.
O it is so hard, so many nice things to do
at least that is an improvement but not good enough.
Lately I seem to be staying up later and later.
Last night I went to bed at 2.15 in the morning, which means I sleap at 3.00 because I always have to read a bit.
Okay tonight I am going to try, even if it is before 1 I have improved.
