My new job ought to have a bunch of oppertunities. My previous boss was very good, but never really gave me advice unless I dragged it out of him. He had like 10 other people reporting to him though – new job I’m one of like 6 in the company so it should be better I hope.

How to ask someone? 4 years ago

I’ve asked a couple people about this, two of them former managers, and it got me no-where. What is the contract here? What does the “protege” give to the mentor? I know the low guy gets a ton of expierence, but what is the standard reciprication?
