take up running

umm, well I was getting into this one, when I lived in Leamington. However, now I’m back living in Weston I don’t much fancy running around this estate, for good reason!
Plus, i don’t intend to live here for all that much longer, I hope to take this up again once I move away again.

Started this yesterday actually, ran in the morning for the bus. Then when I got back I ran for about 10/15 minutes, and went further than I’d planned. Then again in the evening I ran again round the block. Think I overdid it a little, considering the fact I’ve hardly done any real exercise for ages, and aching quite a bit today! Still, I’ve started, and the real test is whether I can keep going so…
