I really need to sort this one out – since xmas I’ve been struggling to get to sleep before 4am pretty much every evening. That’s not fun, and it seems to be set into routine, especially when I get up later in the afternoon.
The last few days however I’ve managed to drop off a little earlier, and am getting up on (or just after) the alarm, something I’m certainly not known for. So I’m hoping I can get some better routine going, and then maybe I won’t feel so tired all the time.
