“Get my act together.” What do I even mean by this? I guess the first way to achieve this goal is to clarify it, yeah? For one thing- at this present moment, my delete button is definitely NOT working. I should figure out why, and then fix it, and that can be part of getting my act together. Secondly, and more importantly, I need to REALLy get my act together. I can’t do that by going to First-Tech.
There are some things I need to stop:
Forgetting things at- my friends houses.
Obsessing over other people's opinions of me.
Hitting my delete button, even though it doesn't work.
Being so quick tempered
Smoking
Thinking, "I have plenty of time to get this done..."
Thinking, "I don't need to organize this- I'll remember where it is later."
Wanting things without working for them
Editing my everyday speech
Coming down so hard on myself for mistakes that are so human.Things I need to start?
+Speaking with purpose
+Being aware of what I am doing
+Stop just trying to kill time. (It’s all we’ve got, right?)
+Really listening to everybody else, as well.
+Enjoying it all.
All of my goals are made up of smaller goals made up of smaller goals made up of baby steps and deep breaths and there is no way there are just 43 things I want to do with my life, but I’m gonna try and follow these, at least for starters.
