Have applied for the first actuarial exam. Have until the 24th to sign up for 1-3 more. Have to decide how hard I’m going to be able to push myself. I have a history of putting too many balls in the air.

From the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and the Society of Actuaries (SOA) I’ve downloaded and printed about 200 pages of overview, explanations, materials lists, applications, and a copy (with solutions) of exam 1 from previous years. Now I just need to send in my application for the first two exams and start knuckling down. I need to make the a priority when I’m budgeting my time.
