I am meeting some cool people. I’ve been going to Meetin events around the DC area here. Also, there is also the occasional nifty person new to the go clubs. I am a bit frustrated because I have a hard time getting cool conversations going. Still some to learn about the art of conversation, but also I need to bring more to the table. I need to learn and appreciate what makes me smart and interesting now. I also need to make a more interesting life for myself.
I also want to work on the ‘interesting’ over the ‘smart’ side of things. Enough geeks, more freaks. I should start checking in on local goth and pagan events. There is also the Black Rose. I know some people there.
