Done, though not for very long...  — 2 weeks ago

I have managed this over the summer, swimming twice to three times a week has really set me off in good stead!

I’m changing this goal slightly. As I’ve sat watching the Olympics it brought back memories of my childhood and early teenage years… Swimming and Athletics were where my strengths lay.

In a year I’ll be off to Uni, and I can’t wait to settle back into my favourite sports and try a few competitions!

Managing twice a week  — 3 weeks ago

I’m working on it, don’t hassle me.

So far I’m not doing too badly, I’d have expected to be doing no exercise at this stage, however I’m managing at least two exercise periods a week.

The question is the lack of motivation. I know how much I should be doing more exercise, only I really can’t be bothered! Lazy... that’s me through and through.

Week 1  — 2 months ago

This week has been pretty good actually. Although I didn’t do three separate exercise activities I did swim once and go hiking over Saturday and Sunday!
The hiking sure was tiring, and I definitely did more exercise through that than I would have going for a run, so its all good!

A fresh start...  — 2 months ago

I’ve been meaning to get some exercise for a while now. I’m just so busy with exams, work, and everything University related.
However, I managed an hours swim last night, and it was so good to finally get back into the swing of things. I guess I haven’t been for about a year, which is terrible!
I’m thinking a run later in the week, and a cycle should suffice.
