I have managed this over the summer, swimming twice to three times a week has really set me off in good stead!
I’m changing this goal slightly. As I’ve sat watching the Olympics it brought back memories of my childhood and early teenage years… Swimming and Athletics were where my strengths lay.
In a year I’ll be off to Uni, and I can’t wait to settle back into my favourite sports and try a few competitions!
