learn danish

So… can I speak Danish yet? No! Will I ever be able to speak Danish? I am beginning to loose hope! I have heard it is normal to feel like giving up! I don’t want to give up, but it’s taking so long to learn so little. I want to progress quickly, but my class is a little below my level, which certainly isn’t helping me! I guess if I stick with it then soon I’ll be learning new stuff. I wish I could do a more intensive course but I just don’t have time for that!

I have a head start with this one! Last year completed a course in Danish but it was only pretty basic and it was a whole year ago! I tried to continue learning the language but is not so easy to find a tutor. However, now I live in Denmark! Wahoo! (yes, do feel sorry for the Danes!) So now I have a good chance to practise… if only Danish people would speak to me in Danish and not English!
