I was doing so well a couple of months ago, and for some reason the enthu just fizzled out…. I know I can do it… just need to control my diet.. Rice is killing me…
The gym… the gym…. the gym….. i even have a sponsored personal trainer now….. I might have plateaued after my first 5 pounds lost….. its just been hard to motivate myself…. i can’t let him down – and that’s what keeps me going….
a nagging thought bothers me a lot…. “would he not love me if I didn’t loose any weight?”
A dear friend pushed me to hit the gym…. heck, even loaned me money to get a yearly membership. Like the feeling of taking away time for myself…. Just that its made my mornings busy and my (family pack)abs started hating me.
Somebody promised me something fantastic if I loose all my excess weight…. worth pushing myself a bit further…..
Hmm…. so after working out 4 times this week and really watching what I eat I’m back to the 144 mark. This is really hard… can’t seem to budge down furher. maybe I’ll sign up for some personal training next year – need to tone now.
Did my 3 miles.. felt good after the huge gap. Uh… did gain 2 pounds back. SO unfair!
I feel so bloated… Haven’t worked out since thanksgiving! Who knows how much I gained.
I was stuck at 145 for ever….. I am glad I crossed that point. My legs are pretty toned now, but the ABS need some work.
Can’t give up now!
Yep, the stubborn pound strikes back. But, guess what I mixed u my workout routine – did a mile on the treadmill, mile on the stair master and 2 miles on the cycle. I was able to finish the workout and feel great. Although, I seem to want to eat more through out the day… hmm.
Got to working in the 3 mile walk/ run three four times a week!
Love this feeling.
