ok this is a quick tasty lunch-type meal which i invented (and adore) so what you need is;
crabsticks (about 12)
2 slices of brown bread – grainy if possible
mayonnaise – light / less fattening (lol)
ketchupp! :P
fresh lettuce
ok you toast the bread till its mildly crispy and butter immediately, whilst washing your lettuce (a few leaves for each toast) and let those dry then you get ketchup and mayonaise and spread/squeeze/dollop a proportional amount of each on each slice of toast and ‘blend’ until pinky, then unwrapp your crabsticks and line up 6 on each toast and plonk the lettuce leaves on top of each and voila a great tasty/low calorie snack which leaves you satisfied between meals! (i love this lol)
