Bummer. I put the two pounds I lost last week back on again.
I don’t know whether it’s because I weighed myself on a Sunday morning rather than a Saturday (I always have a few beers and some chocolate on a Saturday night). But, whatever, I’m not best pleased.
I need to try harder, dammit.
Somehow (and don’t ask me how) I lost two pounds this past week!! I felt like I hadn’t lost any.
I have to say I’m pretty pleased about this. It leaves me with one pound left to lose.
If I can achieve this, I’ll have a think about whether I want to lose another pound or two, and maybe set a fresh goal. All will depend on whether my profile looks slim in the mirror or not!

This is probably due to drinking less beer and eating less crisps (chips to you folk in the US, I think).
I know it’s pretty unlikely, but if I could manage a pound a week…
