As soon as I typed this goal out, I ran to the back room at work, grabbed a notepad and folder and labeled it “McKay’s To-Do List”. There are 5 things in it…hold on…7 things. I just added two more including “Do laundry and get an oil change on Friday”. I think this will really help alleviate my stresses which might help me get to sleep at night. I can’t fall asleep because all the things I have to do run through my head and keep me up. This will also help enormously with the procrastination problem. I am going to keep an eye out for a cute, compact notepad to replace this bulky thing.
