Its been some time since I last posted my progress. Im happy to say im still working with weight watchers and have now lost 20lbs in my 5th week of dieting. yay. I know the weight loss is going to slow down but im just happy because weight watchers is actually making it easy to lose. I like having the support group and the choice of foods!

Well, I didnt have the will power to stick with it I started eating bad again and bounced back up to 247.8 to be exact. But the good news now is that I joined weight watchers now. I describe it as AA for fat people lol :) im currently in my second week and lost 7.8 my first week that puts me at 240. Now to lose the rest :) wish me luck.

So im 3 weeks and 16lbs down. That leaves me at 229lbs. I would love to be around 180-190. This week was forth of July so I indulged a bit but hope to lose at least 1 lb on my weigh in Monday morning.

Ok so heres the crying shame of it all. I spent 2 months in India, and 6 months after I got home eating whatever i wanted. Soooo that puts me 10 pounds heavier :(.
Now heres the good news. I started dieting 2 weeks ago this coming Monday. I lost 9.5lbs my first week. I know alot is water weight but that atleast puts be back at my starting weight.
I started biking this week, so a little bit of a work out may help me weigh in good this Monday!
