8,000 and some steps today.

With DS sudden illness and hospital stay I fell of the wagon big time. But everybody is feeling better and I chased the little monkeys all day so my step counter is showing for it :)

With DS being sick and very clingy all day, I couldn’t manage to walk much. So 5586 steps today.

45 minute walk 23 months ago

Took a 45 minute walk with DS1 in his trolley. Weather was good, around -5 celcius.

Step counting - Week of Jan 6 to Jan 12 23 months ago

I think I.ll track this goal with the steps counted on my podometer. Today is 11,830 steps. The last few days I’ve been averaging close to 10,000. I’m quite surprised as only a few weeks ago I could only squeeze 6,000 or so. Yay!
