30 days of cardio or “30doc” was unfortunately defeated by 5 days of PMS. groan. I’m still running every other day but the bike riding has been left by the wayside. Oh well. I’ll start again when I get home. The jetlag will mess up my 30 days if I start over now.

In my last 30 days here, I’m working to get myself into a size 10. Currently a size 12, down from a 16 just 4 months ago. Everyday I either run, ride a bike or walk fast, pushing my heavy son in a stroller. This while also maintaining my healthy eating habits, even though I did have ice cream for dinner last night. There is definately a difference in my body since I started this whole journey and I love feeling healthy and looking better.
• Increase my running ability – now at 45 mintues 3x a week
• Do some Pilates (not Pirates) once I get back to where they have it.
• Start weight training on my return
