My current job is so boring that for the first time I am drinking coffee for recreation. If I am going to be sitting and waiting for hours on end, I may as well have a good caffeine buzz going. I am trying to educate myself on the different varieties of coffee and at least learn something. We have a great market in town that switches up their coffee varieties and only charges $1.25 per large cup.
Eventually I will add things to the coffee like milk and sugar, but for now I just have large cups of black coffee. Yum!
Any suggestions? I am really into Ethiopian, but it is almost too much caffeine sometimes.
