Day 1 didn’t go so well. In a nutshell, I woke up late and had to rush out the door to a doctor’s appointment. No running happened today – My fabulous pink capris are still neatly folded on the dresser. :/
Tomorrow will hopefully be a different story! I am still unsure of how far/long I should start my runs. I’ve never been much of an athlete. What’s a good goal for a beginner?
