I need some structure in my life so I am less stressed and more productive. I want to develop and stick to a routine: from all the big things (time to work on personal projects, making up a chore list, getting enough sleep) down to the smallest things (remembering to take my vitamins).
I’m hoping if I can sit down and make out a clear chart, then make myself adhere to it closely for a couple of weeks, it will start to become second nature and I can do this stuff without thinking so much about it. I know I live better when I have a framework to follow and I’ll feel a lot better once things start getting done every day instead of piling up until they’re overwhelming.
