Just recently actually started doing this- cut out chips, soda, and pasta, and started adding more fruit to my diet. We’ll see how long I can keep it up!

I think this one may need some sub-goals to get me started, so here goes:
1. Cut down to one cup of soda per day
2. Eat one fruit and one vegetable each day
3. Eat fast food only rarely and order small sizes when I do
4. Drink one glass of milk each day (according to a diet analysis we did in nutrition, my calcium intake was way low)

I’m taking a nutrition class this semester. I may not have changed my habits yet, but learning what I need to do better is at least a start!
