Read the “Lumière sur” section. It’s updated regularly and is a great way to learn new vocabulary. If you get stuck just follow the link to the English article.
After a few months to reflect, however, and a result two grades lower than I should’ve achieved, I’m ready to make a fresh effort by myself.
I think I’m fluent enough and know enough about grammar to focus on increasing my vocabulary.
Plenty of children’s books, films, and news articles should do the trick.
