get corrective eye surgery

is the thing I wanna do now. But I still have at least one year before I can even consider it. Oh well.

Trying to make it fly with my mom about contacts.

...want to do this. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was 5 and I’m sick and tired of them. I’ve worn them for more then half of my life(I’m 16). I can’t get surgery yet but as soon as my eyes stop getting worse and I turn 18 I will. I want to be able to run through the rain and be able to see. To wake up in the morning and not have to look whereever the glasses have fallen the night before. When I tell people I’m sick and tired of them the ones who don’t have them want them.

I can’t wear contacts my mom says they are bad for the eyes apparently she knows a lot more then doctors. I’ve stopped asking.
