feel secure that my children will be happy, healthy adults with gratitude and empathy for others and love for themselves.

I have three children and need to say that I have accomplished my typical mother’s goal with respect to my oldest child. He has become an extraordinary adult; better than I could have ever hoped for. There is a significant age gap between my first and the youngest two. They are just now hovering on the cusp of adulthood. I confess to being much more anxious about them than I was with my first. For most parents the earlier parenting days were probably the more anxiety provoking period (time and experience easing the stress with family additions). My timing is not very good, I’m afraid. So – Just send in the Clowns and I’ll get through it, I guess…
