i have been overweight all my life. but then, ovr the summer i became bulimic and lost 32 lbs and 6 pants sizes down to size 0. My whole body is pretty much scrawny except for my stomach which is still has a freakin pouch! for the past few weeks, ive had a daily routine of 400 jumping jacks, 30 girly push-ups and crunches, and 30 of those leg-ups for the legs and lower abdomin.its kinda workin. im losin half an inch evry 2 weeks! yay….hope i can keep it up…
