I’ve stopped purchasing pop for my home, and I’ve been ordering water when out to eat. I’ll give it another week or so and consider this accomplished :) I may still drink it on occasion as a special treat, and I’m ok with that!

I’m proud. I’ve been doing pretty well on this so far. I may need to allow it while on vacation so I don’t drive myself crazy.
I have had some pop this week, but it was because my mother visited and bought a 2 liter and left it in my fridge. Ugh. I haven’t bought any, and have had water when out to eat. I’m on the right path for this goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been good at this for one week. The only pop I had was when a friend ordered one for me at lunch before she knew I was giving it up. Other than that, I’ve had water or chosen a beverage sweetened with truvia or stevia rather than pop!!!!!!!!!
