I’ve lost eight lbs. since April. I’ve been exercising (for the last 1 1/2 months, I’ve been working out five days a week, two days of that with a personal trainer. I’ve also made slow changes to my eating: no soda, salads frequently through the week during lunch, smaller portions. I have 13 more lbs to go and I will no longer be overweight. It may take a year and 1/2, but I think it’s possible now.
