Enjoy!

I’m enjoying life a lot more than I used to. I have someone in my life that makes me feel special and that’s fun to be with. Things aren’t always perfect but it’s a lot better than a few years ago. I’m even enjoying the snow we’re having now!

Life is too short

not to enjoy it as much as possible. The sudden death of my brother-in-law made me realize this even more. I’m going to really work on this goal and enjoy life as much as possible. I’m going to stop putting off things that I want to do. And I’m going to start using all of my vacation days even if it means taking a day off a week. My job isn’t brain surgery and I’m sure things will get done at work without me being there all of the time.

Another birthday

Well, today’s my birthday and I plan to celebrate it. I’ll probably go out for a couple of drinks and maybe dinner. It’s nice have a holiday on my birthday. Or is it because it’s my birthday?

Good weekend

I enjoyed the weekend. Friday I went out to dinner and after that we all went to a friend’s porch where we played cards and had a few beers. We also could see some of the fireworks being shot up in town. Saturday I cooked steaks on the grill and had a nice relaxing evening. I love the summer. I just wish it was longer.
