get divorced

The meeting with the lawyers has been scheduled for the end of August. I hope it goes well and this goal can be completed.

My ex was served 2 weeks ago. The ball is in her court now. I’m hoping things will go smoothly from here. I so want to get this completed.

Things have been moving very slowly. I met with the lawyer again last week and told him I wanted to get things moving. I signed some papers and he’s going to file this week.

I saw my lawyer last week and I’m going to file for divorce this month. I’ve been dragging it out too long. I hope it goes well for both of us.

I met with a lawyer yesterday. The way he explained it the divorce could go pretty easy if my wife is agreeable to the way the assets are split. I’m hoping for the best but fearing the worst. The kids are all grown so there won’t be any child custody issues.

I’ve been separated for over 2 years now. It’s now time to finalize things and get a divorce. I think I’ve been putting it off because I’ve been living by myself and I’ve fell into a routine that I don’t want to upset. But I know I’ll never get back together with my wife and I need to get all the legal things worked out. Hopefully it will be a smooth process. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
