The best way to keep your body in shape is to Exersize. Exersizing boosts your metabolism, and obviously burns calories. But also if you exersize you aren’t as hungry as you normally would be…
here are some steps to a skinny bod :]
1.Eat really small dinners and no after dinner snacks..One reason for this is because if you eat before you go to bed you aren’t able to burn off enough fat calories because your asleep and your body is at rest…..if you eat large dinners and after dinner snacks thats a sure way to get heavy.
2.Eat large lunches..if u love dinner then subsitute lunch foods with dinner foods..that will help fill your appetite and also it will make ur dinner smaller. :]
3.Stop Snacks….Those will kill you….
But if your like me then eat pretzels instead of oily fatty chips, no funky cream filled anything, chicken is high in protein, eat tons of fruit.. if you want to have a good snack eat some necterines, or peaches.
oh and STOP DRINKING ANY TYPE OF POP/SODA! one can of soda usually has over 170 calories..verrryy bad for you. A small little South Beach Diet Lunchable has only about 200 calories and thats a meal! not just a single drink..stick with water. or crystal ice, or flavored fat free water.
