After smoking for a year, I wanted to see if I had the strength to ‘stop any time’... Well I did! I stopped for a week and didn’t feel much cravings at all! I am/was proud.
Maybe because my liver takes in nicotine differently then others, and when I get a tobacco high, I can not have another one for about 8 to 13 hours afterwards. Well if so, I will just call myself lucky!
