I can sleep for thirteen hours and wake up tired. During weekdays, however, I just don’t get enough sleep for my body. I don’t know why this is. I’ve always been an on and off insomniac, and even when that’s off I tend to go to sleep pretty late. A weekend of sleep is not enough to rejuvinate me. The truth is I need to just sleep really well every night for a few weeks. I want to get rid of the constant craving to lie down for a while. Oh yeah and I also have a natural inability to nap. So I can’t sleep when it’s light out and I can’t sleep when it’s dark out. I need to satisfy my brain’s hunger for sleep. I need to stop the flow of this invisible narcotic so I can feel bright and fresh and awake again.
