Jeremy and I have decided in two summers to go back to Ireland with the boys for one month. We’ll spend time with family, ofcourse, and do our homework while we are there: where we may want to buy, how much to save, etc. Now to save, save, save!

Perhaps a self-catered hostel with just a couple of rooms to share. Where? Near family is my first thought but compared to California, everywhere in Ireland would be pretty close to Jeremy’s family!
To make this goal really happen, I will start with
1. Meeting with financial planner (KR) to see how to make it happen. My, oh my, doesn’t that sound grown up?
2. Continue to stay in touch with quickly changing Republic of Ireland. Economy, laws and focus seem to be shifting and evolving at an exciting pace.
3. Take steps/make sacrifices in keeping with KR’s financial advice.
4. Visit every other year to keep connected with Jeremy’s family and help decide where/when to buy.
