going really well. I am eating more fruit and less crap and it is making a difference to my energy levels. I am also eating more whole grain foods and I no longer feel tired at the end of the day and my sleep pattern is improving by eating a bit healthier, the great thing is that I don’t feel as if I am missing out on anything because my changes to my diet were so gradual that I have hardly noticed them.

No sugar in my tea and it was such a easy change to make. After a week I actually prefer sugar free tea :)
As I can drink 4 cups a day this will make a significant difference :)
