This month I tried “medium” pad thai. I always get mild because I’m afraid. So, I tried medium and apparently I’m a giant sissy, because it was too hot. Oh, well…at least I tried. I followed it up with trying mango ice cream…less because it was a new thing and more because my mouth was on fire.
