i’m trying to do this pretty much as soon as i wake up for 5 minutes…after a few weeks i’ll move on to 10 minutes

i’ve started doing this when i wake up in the morning again…i figure if i can keep myself on a regime of 90 situps a day (i rarely stick to any regime for more than a week or two) i can defintely take 5 minutes a morning to do pranayama exercises
it’s nice in the morning too, because it’s often a little chilly in our house and pranayama gets you warmer than a weenie on a grille if you do it long enough
i did pranayama (yogic breathing) religiously last summer and it literally changed my life…i came out of a detrimental depression and became healthier overall
i stopped doing it because i’m terrible with things that require consistency…this is a goal i really need to put a lot of energy into
