infected mushroom

the infected mushroom show i went to on Friday provided and excellent opportunity for me to revisit my glowsticking fascination…

i raved for 4 hours!!! people asked me to give them shows…i had an amazing time…there is a club not to far from me that does techno music a lot…i think this hobby is going to become a habit :)

oh, ow!

i picked up our color changing glowsticks (yes we found them!!!!) for the first time in months yesterday…i was embarassed with myself…

my arms, although a bit stronger from lifting weights, totally lacked the fluidity and flexibility they once had while dancing…after 45 seconds of mad light dancing, my arms were in solid PAIN.

and they still are!!!

we’ve decided, however, we’re going to take the time to glowstick once a week with our housemate and our friends if they so choose…it’s great exercise and really fun to watch

hopefully next time i won’t move like drying clay

fat burner like whoa

i lost myself doing this on saturday…i was dancing for Her…she came and watched for who knows how long…for how little i move around recently, i was amazed at my surge of energy…when you dance for Her, you dance like someone who is crazed…i felt so utterly feminine…i watched the lights move in the reflection of the TV and couldn’t believe it was me controlling them…

this is SUCH a great way to boost energy!!
