take better care of my skin

I got a haircut, now my hair looks nice and neat.
It was time for a change.

I have started getting facials, I have not had one in a year, so I treated myself for my birthday. My skin is so soft.

my usual Complaints dry skin and dry hair.
Last year I found this great shampoo that is pH 5.5 and all the ingredients are derived from plant sources, it is so gentle I even use it as a face wash, conditioner has been hard to find, I am now using one from aveda and it is working well.
Shea butter, the best stuff on earth. My skin has never looked so good and it has never been so easy.
I know it is because of the CL in the pool that I am having these issues.

this year I am going to protect my skin from the sun. my olive skin tone is prone to discolouration, so i have to keep on top of this.

Many of my break outs were resulting from this make up I was using. i have always used aveda and had no problem, then i decided to try something new and sure enough I got blackheads and zits. It has to be mineral make up. This month it is all about my lips, the wind is killing them.

my skin looks horrible, dry, discoloured, couple of spots. I need to get a facial and show some love to my skin.

fall/winter is here and my skin is feeling the dryness. I also need to book a facial.

I am using under eye creme. You are never too young to start.

yesterday I got a manicure and pedicure. it was so nice to have my feet and hands cleaned up. I don’t wear nail polish, the chemical smell makes me sick, but the look of nicely cleaned up nails is so pretty and my skin is so soft. I think my boyfriend will love it, not having my rough, stinky feet to touch and smell. Sometimes I don’t know what he sees in me, I am far from being a lady. I shave my legs though, lol.

I have the funniest tan/burn mark on my forehead. Serves me right. It was from outdoor trainning. I am wearing sunblock, it’s the sweat. I train really early, it doesn’t matter. This sport is killing me. Chlorine drying out my hair, sun burning my skin.
