Yay me

I did it again. I did 65 minutes (walking) and burned 203.2 it feels good to actually do something instead of sitting on my ass.


I hit the treadmill for 45 minutes today ;) it felt great. I put the treadmill facing my window and as I ran I had an amazing view to the Vincent Thomas Bridge. I never realized what an amazing view I have from my home office to the city ;)
I didn’t take this pic, but it is the Vincent Thomas bridge and it looks exactly like that at night
