Slowly but surely making progress. I’m committed to working out every morning for at least 30 min. I’ve found that I don’t have to deny myself foods that I enjoy – I just watch how much I consume and it works better this way without the added stress of watching calories.

It is now the end of November and no weight loss! My husband and I are going to do it as a team starting tomorrow. I haven’t given up yet.
Well I ate fried chicken for lunch, and NOW I’m eating it for dinner! I need to stop eating so much fast food, it’s really setting me back. My husband and I just purchased our first piece of exercise equipment, a really nice exercise bike. (We pick it up on May 25th) My goal is to lose 25 pounds by Sept. My fingers are crossed.
