My husband and I purchased our first home, a custom built Ryland Home in December of 2006. It was very exciting to see the progress and at some times it would feel a bit overwhelming because we had to pick everything out – knobs, where the outlets would go, flooring, etc. Other than that, it was definitely worth it!
After analizing our credit we will be able to purchase our first home in 2007. It seems like forever but this timeframe allows us to pay off all our debts! I can’t wait.
