well yoga did not work out as my usual pattern applies… Midterm comes and all sports go out the window.. so I’m thinking I have to include sport as a mean of transportation. I just started rollerblading (well two days in a row) to the next subway station instead of just going to my station. It’s just 10 minutes a day, but better than nothing!

ok.. well, I’ve been doing yoga once a week for three weeks now. I have noticed a decrease in anxiety and feel pretty good about it. Now since midterm has arrived let’s see how I can keep it up. I know once a week is not a lot since it is the only active activity that I do, but for me, baby steps are necessary and I think that the non-competitive ambiance of yoga mixed with the fact that we keep our eyes closed most of the time works for me. Try to accept my body and accept my limits! Hey it’s hard when you perform in mostly everything you do apart from sports which are supposed to be so important and so valued… I guess in my case it’s a humility lesson!
This semester I will try yoga.. I figured it was a good sport to start exercising again… I’m crossing my finger that this will be the one.
